Miss Hana Schwartz

Hello! My name is Hana Schwartz and I will be teaching 7th grade American Studies this year! 

I grew up in the Twin Cities and moved back home after graduating from the University of Minnesota Duluth in 2020 with a double major in Teaching Social Studies and History. This is my second year at Battle Creek Middle School and third year as a full-time social studies teacher. Previous to Battle Creek, I worked at Central Sr. High teaching United States Government and AP Human Geography. 

Outside of school, I enjoy coaching figure skating, camping, reading and playing video/board games. I also have a strong interest in music- I enjoy going to live concerts and playing the alto saxophone and piano.
