Individual Determination) and AAMI teacher (African American Male Initiative) AVID/AAMI program coordinator, and assistant principal. I am passionate about education and the impact that it has on all students. I believe that all students can learn in an environment that supports students’ needs and fosters a positive culture and climate.
My education includes an Associate of Arts degree from Inver Hills Community College, a Bachelor's degree in English and education from St. Katherine University, a Master's degree in Teacher Leadership from the University of Minnesota, and an Educational Specialist with Principal License from Concordia University.
I enjoy spending my free time with my husband and 3 sons. I love to dance, exercise, and walk my dog. My happy place is at the lake, where I can enjoy reading a good book and spending time with my family and friends.
